A bill to cap the monthly cost of insulin for people with private insurance will have to wait until after midterm elections for a vote, according to Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), who wrote the bill with Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME). In the meantime, the bipartisan duo is updating the bill, though Shaheen’s office did not say what those changes entail.
