Senate Finance Discussing Limited Rebate Concession To PhRMA

The Senate Finance Committee is discussing making insurers offer at least one Medicare Part D plan with up-front discounts for drugs, sources following the discussions say. No deal has been reached, and Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America on Thursday (Sep. 5) discussed the proposal, a drug lobbyist said.
