Report: Pharma Could Game Favored-Nation Policy

The president’s plan for Medicare to pay no more for prescription drugs than the governments of other developed countries may not work in some instances because drug companies could find ways to sell drugs here that aren’t available abroad and therefore don’t have an international reference price, according to drug price watchdog 46Brooklyn.
