Pew: States Could Subtract Commercial Rebates, Then Subtract Medicaid Rebates

State Medicaid programs could subtract commercial-market rebates from drug prices before subtracting mandatory Medicaid rebates from drug prices, according to Pew Charitable Trusts. Pew said states could use the same approach to establish their own version of the Medicaid best price.
