House Oversight Expands PBM Probe To International GPOs

The House Oversight & Accountability Committee is expanding its years-long investigation of pharmacy benefit managers’ role in U.S. drug prices to now include international group purchasing organizations PBMs allegedly use to retain additional revenue and evade federal regulation or laws.
