House GOP Says Democrats Changed CREATES, But It’s The Same

House Republicans say they are angry at Democrats for changing this year’s version of the CREATES Act, but the bill is the same as last year’s version, and Republicans seem to be mad that Democrats are not sticking with a PhRMA-backed version from which Democrats and generic drug makers have since distanced themselves.
