HHS Sends White House Updated Plan To Test 340B Rebate Model

The Health Resources and Services Administration on Friday (Feb. 6) swiftly sent the White House a new plan to test the use of after-the-fact rebates instead of up-front 340B drug discounts a day after telling a federal court it would scrap its previous pilot that hospitals alleged violated the Administrative Procedure Act.
