Finance Considers Excluding Drug Appraisals, Relying On Military Prices

The Senate Finance Committee is not expected to include a drug appraisal organization in its Medicare drug-price negotiation bill, and Democratic committee staff are considering incorporating a military drug discount program, called the Federal Ceiling Price, into Medicare price negotiation, lobbyists on both sides of the drug pricing debate said.
