Drug Wholesalers Sue NY Over Mandatory Opioid Stewardship Payments

The drug wholesaler lobby is suing New York State over its law requiring distributors pay into an opioid stewardship fund, arguing that vague prohibitions on distributors passing the cost of the fund onto consumers could be used to punish opioid price hikes unrelated to the stewardship program.
