Hospitals Again Sue CMS Over Cuts To Medicare Pay For 340B Drugs

The American Hospital Association, Association of American Medical Colleges and America's Essential Hospitals refiled their lawsuit to reverse CMS' cut to Part B reimbursement for 340B drugs. The groups say hospitals have filed claims that have gone through the Medicare appeals process, and thus the court's previous view that the lawsuit was premature is no longer valid.
