CMS To Revamp Rules For Medicare Participation, Long-Term Care

CMS is planning a rule to revamp Medicare conditions of participation and conditions for coverage, according to the agency's Unified Agenda, and one lobbyist said it's difficult to predict what the likely wide-ranging rule will entail.
