GENEVA -- Late on Friday, World Trade Organization negotiators transmitted the official draft ministerial texts -- including those on a potential intellectual property waiver, food security and fisheries subsidies, -- to the trade ministers before they converged on Sunday to begin the 12th ministerial conference.
