FDA in the coming days will lay out its plans to allow infant formula made in other countries to be imported into the United States, the White House announced Thursday (May 12), along with several other government-wide actions that aim to respond to shortages that have occurred ever since Abbott Nutrition voluntarily recalled several of its infant formulas in February.
