Ways & Means, E&C To Mark Up IPAB Repeal Bill Wednesday

The House Ways & Means and Energy & Commerce committees on Wednesday (Oct. 4) will mark up legislation to repeal the Independent Payment Advisory Board. Energy & Commerce will consider the measure as part of a larger markup that also includes legislation to fund the Children's Health Insurance Program and community health centers, as well as other Medicare bills.
