House Ways & Means Chair Richard Neal (D-MA) wrote to CMS Administrator Seema Verma on Wednesday (Aug. 5) that his committee has found large gaps in the COVID-19 data nursing homes are reporting to the government, making it difficult to accurately assess death rates, staffing needs and allocate provider relief funds.
