Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) filed suit against pharmaceutical drug giant Eli Lilly Tuesday (Aug. 12) accusing the company of participating in “schemes” to provide free nursing staff and reimbursement support services to influence providers to recommend its drugs.
