Top CMS Health IT Official Alex Mugge To Leave Agency For Oracle

As CMS launches an ambitious health IT modernization project under the Trump administration, Alex Mugge, the agency’s chief health informatics officer with more than 15 years of experience at the agency, is leaving next Thursday (June 12) to join IT giant Oracle, according to three sources familiar with her plans.
