The Trump administration must immediately reinstate Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration staff fired in the government shutdown reduction in force initiative, six Democratic lawmakers said in a letter that gives HHS until Oct. 31 to answer 13 questions about the latest -- and previous -- SAMHSA staffing reductions.
