Patrick Leahy (D-VT) and Steve Daines (R-MT) are requesting an update from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Justice on what they have done to fight anticompetitive actions in the health insurance industry since enactment of their bill that repealed the industry’s exemption from federal anti-trust law.
