Senate Inches Closer To Ending Shutdown, But Deal Faces Uncertainty In House

The Senate voted 60-40 late Sunday (Nov. 9) evening on a procedural vote to advance a deal that would reopen the government, but the deal could falter in the House as it faces opposition from many House Democrats.
