SCOTUS Puts Medicaid Work Requirements Case On Hold

The Supreme Court temporarily suspended its review, pending another order to come, of the Medicaid work requirements that former President Donald Trump’s CMS approved for Arkansas and New Hampshire, the high court announced Monday (April 5). The move comes just weeks after the high court removed oral arguments in the case from its March calendar .
