Rhode Island Market Stabilization Group Moves The Goalposts To 2020

The Rhode Island Market Stability Workgroup, which originally aimed to implement Affordable Care Act market stabilization reform in time to affect the 2019 plan year, will instead focus on shoring up the markets for the 2020 plan year, the state's exchange director told Inside Health Policy.
