HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said Thursday (Sept. 14) the Biden administration “twisted” mifepristone safety data used to remove in-person prescribing requirements and a new FDA review of the data is underway, but added he is unsure of the White House’s stance on allowing telehealth access to medication abortion.
