Seven major drug companies have launched an initiative to seek regulatory and legislative reforms that allow for expanded electronic drug labeling. The initiative, the Alliance to Modernize Prescribing Information (AMPI), comprises Abbvie, AmerisourceBergen, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Mylan, Pfizer and Teva.
