Pfizer, GSK Joint Venture Creates ‘World’s Largest’ OTC Business

Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline have combined their respective consumer health care businesses as part of a joint venture to create what Pfizer described Thursday (Aug. 1) as “the world’s largest over-the-counter (OTC) business with robust iconic brands.”
