Omnibus Bill Gives Biden’s ARPA-H $1B, Places It Within HHS For Now

Congress’ bipartisan, bicameral omnibus spending package would give President Joe Biden’s proposed biomedical research agency, the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health, $1 billion for the next year and initially would place it within HHS, rather than within the National Institutes of Health as Biden originally proposed.
