The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) rescinded its directive to freeze all federal grant funding Wednesday (Jan. 29), one day after issuing the order that caused chaos for health stakeholders, led to Medicaid portals briefly being shut down, and sparked immediate legal challenges.
