OMB Clears Association Health Plan Rule Following Stakeholder Meetings

The White House budget office Wednesday (June 13) completed its review of the highly anticipated association health plans rule, coming after Office of Management and Budget officials held at least four meetings with key stakeholders on the administration's controversial plan to allow more employers to band together to form AHPs which likely would be less robust than Obamacare plans.
