OBBB Rural Fund Distribution To Be Based On Licensure Compact Participation, Health App Spending

States participating in the Rural Health Transformation Program will have part of their funding distribution determined by their plans to participate in interstate licensure compacts, deploy health apps, expand telehealth access and enhance data sharing infrastructure, the RHTP notice of funding opportunity says.
