NTEU Files Lawsuit After Trump Axes Collective Bargaining At FDA, CDC

The National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU), which represents workers at FDA and some other HHS agencies, is suing the federal government over President Donald Trump’s new executive order that aims to strip workers at many agencies, including FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), of their right to bargain collectively.
