NHeLP: Ensure Coverage Gap Legislation Offers Medicaid Protections

The National Health Law Program says Congress should create a federally run Medicaid program in order to close the coverage gap or reform exchange subsidies and qualified health plans that would be available to those in the gap to offer the same protections as Medicaid.
