NHeLP Alerts FTC To Deloitte’s ‘Faulty’ Medicaid Eligibility Software

The Deloitte Consulting software that Texas is using to automatically renew and process Medicaid eligibility is not reliably working and the company has engaged in unfair and deceptive trade practices, the National Health Law Program, Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) and Upturn allege in a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission that also serves as a request to the commission for an investigation, injunction and subsequent relief.
