NH Takes Comments On Draft 1332, PA Waiver Takes Next Step

New Hampshire has released for public comment a draft version of a five-year waiver that would establish a reinsurance program for the 2021 plan year estimated to lower premiums by up to 16% and boost enrollment by up to 6%, if approved.
