HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s new acting chief of staff, Matthew Buckham, is a co-founder of a group known for creating a “watchlist” of federal government employees it deemed to be “leftist” or sympathetic to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
