Just one week after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) re-launched the effort to repeal the Affordable Care Act, and a few days after Senate health committee Chair Lamar Alexander (R-TN) announced the bipartisan negotiations to stabilize the individual markets for 2018 were over, Sen.
