Four Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) commissioners broke from the majority of their colleagues, voting against recommendations to make vaccine coverage mandatory for all Medicaid beneficiaries and to eliminate cost-sharing on vaccines and their administration.
