Judge Rejects AGs’ Request To Block 2026 Program Integrity Rule

A federal judge in Massachusetts this week rejected a move by 21 attorneys general to block implementation of some pieces of CMS’ 2026 Program Integrity rule, including a tweak to the exchange plans’ premium adjustment formula and a provision prohibiting gender-affirming care from being included as an essential health benefit (EHB).
