Judge Extends Order Blocking Shutdown RIFs At CDC, SAMHSA

A California judge has extended her order blocking the Trump administration from implementing its shutdown reductions in force at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other agencies, setting the stage for the government to likely appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
