Insurance Commissioners Want CSR Funding For Two-Plus Years, Streamlined 1332s

State insurance commissioners told the Senate health committee Wednesday (Sept. 6) they want Congress to fund the Affordable Care Act's cost-sharing reduction payments for preferably more than two years.
