Idaho’s Highest Court Rejects Challenge To Medicaid Expansion Plan

The Idaho Supreme Court on Tuesday (Feb. 5) upheld the state’s voter-approved Medicaid expansion, rejecting a lawsuit from a conservative group that argued the ballot measure delegated too much power to the federal government. The ruling, which came just one week after the court held an oral argument in the case , paves the way for Idaho to submit its expansion plan to CMS on schedule by Feb. 18.
