HRSA To Sanction J&J Unless 340B Rebate Model Is Pulled

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) on Tuesday (Sept. 17) gave Johnson & Johnson until Sept. 30 to pull the plug on its new 340B rebate model or potentially face monetary penalties and be kicked out of the federal drug discount program.
