HRSA Pushes Back 340B Ceiling Price, Manufacturer Penalties Rule To October

The Health Resources and Services Administration plans to delay implementing the 340B ceiling price and manufacturer penalties rule until October, HHS announced in a final rule Thursday (May 18).
