HRSA: 340B Price Verification Site A Priority, But Must Wait For Ceiling-Price Rule

Developing a ceiling-price verification system is a priority for the Health Resources and Services Administration, but HRSA must first finish the civil monetary penalty rule, according to the agency's fiscal 2019 budget justification. Among the other HRSA priorities for fiscal 2019 are spot checks of 340B prices that drug manufacturers voluntarily submit.
