House, Senate Dems Reintroduce Food Labeling Modernization Bill

A bicameral group of Democratic lawmakers on Wednesday (Aug. 4) reintroduced legislation that would require FDA create a single, standard front-of-package label for food products, establish guidelines for use of the term “healthy” and build on its work to update standards of identity for certain foods.
