House Passes First Approps Bills, Skinny Health Package

The House voted Wednesday (March 6) to pass the first tranche of spending bills for fiscal year 2024, which is expected to pass the Senate tomorrow and avert a partial government shutdown, along with the attached “skinny” package of health care provisions.
