HHS: Two Million Sign Up For Exchange Plans Since Feb. 15

More than 2 million people have signed up for coverage through healthcare.gov or one of the state-based exchanges from the Feb. 15 launch of the federal special enrollment period (SEP) through June 30, HHS reported Wednesday (July 14).
