Hemp Orgs Seek CBD Enforcement Discretion During WH Talks

Two major hemp industry groups are urging the White House to ensure FDA’s long-awaited cannabidiol enforcement guidance provides enforcement discretion for CBD-containing consumer products. The groups met with Trump administration officials to discuss the guidance, which is under review at the White House Office of Management and Budget, and are hopeful the administration will at the very least pave the way for CBD supplements.
