Health, Advocacy Orgs Ask Court To Scrap Trump-HHS SUNSET Rule

A coalition of health and consumer advocacy organizations on Tuesday (March 9) filed suit against HHS over a Trump-era rule that requires health agency regulations be assessed every 10 years or be automatically scrapped.
