Group Pushes State-Level Drug Import Plan It Says Could Muster Administration Support

A health policy think tank is working with states to pass legislation setting up state-run systems to allow wholesale importation of drugs from Canada and believes its plan will assuage FDA's concerns over safety, savings and administrative burden associated with past federal proposals.
