Gottlieb To Testify At Senate Committee Hearing On Opioids

FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb will testify at an Oct. 5 Senate health committee hearing on the federal response to the opioid crisis. The committee will hear testimony from agency officials about implementation of the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) and opioid-related provisions of the 21st Century Cures Act.
